Class Overview

Fitness classes combine a variety of exercises and approaches, including but not limited to: HIIT, Cardio, light weights, circuit training, VIPR, Plyometrics The classes are designed to give a full body experience which will increase your endurance, strength and accelerate calorie-burning. ALL LEVELS WELCOME Classes are scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays at 4 pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5 pm
