Boxing Class

Class Overview

Boxing classes include a variety of exercises including bag work, pad work, shadow boxing, sparring, partner drills and footwork. Students will practice core, cardio and strength exercises which are fundamental to boxing. The classes are uniquely designed to teach amateur/professional boxing as well as self-defense skills. You will gain strength, coordination, endurance and significant self-confidence boost. Classes are scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays at at 7 pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 pm
